2. Who Can Use The Comeup

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases. By using our platform, you represent that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You will maintain the security of your account

3. For Buyers

When you purchase items through The Comeup:

• You are buying directly from independent brands, not from The Comeup
• Each brand sets their own prices, shipping policies, and return policies
• We facilitate the transaction but are not the seller
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Shipping times and methods are determined by each brand

4. For Brands

By selling on The Comeup, brands agree to:

• Only sell original products they have rights to sell
• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Ship orders within their stated timeframes
• Handle customer service and returns professionally
• Pay applicable commission fees on sales
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove brands or products that violate these terms or receive repeated customer complaints.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained items
• Misrepresent yourself, your brand, or your products
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent our fees or payment systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

6. Intellectual Property

The Comeup's branding, design, and original content are our property. Brands retain ownership of their own content, logos, and products. By uploading content, brands grant us a license to display and promote their products on our platform.

7. Payments and Fees

Brands pay a commission on each sale, starting at 8% and decreasing based on sales volume. There are no listing fees or monthly subscription costs. Payouts are processed according to our standard schedule. We reserve the right to hold funds if there are disputes or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Disputes

For issues with orders, buyers should first contact the brand directly. If unresolved, contact us at thecomeuphelp@gmail.com and we'll help mediate. We are not responsible for the quality of products sold by brands but will take action against brands that repeatedly fail to meet their obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Comeup is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for products sold by brands, shipping delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
